Effectiveness of Mission Statements In Organizations

Question: Discuss about the Effectiveness of Mission Statements In Organizations for A Review? Answer: Introduction National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL) is a private organization whose aim is to provide leadership in the field of healthcare. We also provide degree programs in healthcare management studies. In this assignment, a study has been conducted on the mission, vision and value statement strictly followed by our company. Mission Our mission is to value all people and we excel in our commitment to provide healthcare leadership. We value all our patients and provide them exceptional care, physically and mentally. We also provide special services to patients having limited or no resources and are unable to bear expenditure of their treatments (Braun et al., 2012). We also have a good work environment where every individual, staff or patients are treated well as we value professional and personal growth of the company. We also provide Healthcare Management Degree program under the guidance of professional and experienced personnel (Toms, 2015). We have strong collaborative relationships with other hospitals, universities, colleges and other agencies (Swayne et al., 2012). Vision Our vision is to be one of the leaders in healthcare system, not only in United States, but also in whole world. We also aim to be one of the largest centers for providing degree program in healthcare management studies (Darbi, 2012). We also have the target to provide employment opportunities to efficient personnel and this will provide patients with more efficient customer care service. We also aim to expand our healthcare service to manufacture of medicines, which are already rare and very expensive (Duarte et al., 2014). We will set up a factory for production of such medicines so that become more easily available to the general mass and at a lesser cost (Darbi, 2012). We will also manufacture medical equipments with greater efficiency and lesser cost. We also aim to provide more funds to research programs, so that more medications can be invented to prevent still incurable diseases. Value Statement We have several values statement that we strictly follow. We provide excellent response service. Patients are provided with prompt healthcare service 24 hours a day (Swayne et al., 2012). We have efficient specialists to serve each of our patients according to their needs. We have customized services in accordance to the needs and values of patients (Toms, 2015). Every information on the treatment are shared with the patients and their family. We have 24 hours customer care service that informs the patients family about any development or needs of the patient (Duarte et al., 2014). We use standard, scientific and proven methods of treatments for every patient. Our health experts provide best possible treatment methods (Sharpe et al., 2015). We always follow a safety first policy; our experts are trained in such a way that they carry their operations in a safe and friendly way. All procedures and operations are performed in a safe manner and errors are minimized by paying close attention (Braun et al., 2012). We have the most efficient professionals, whose aims are to reduce wastage of resources and patients time. They expertly handle situations in emergency cases (Toms, 2015). Ethics Codes We follow strict ethic codes, maintaining integrity and compassion. Every staff in our company should follow the ethic codes or else face penalty (Duarte et al., 2014). Social Accountability We have several female child and newborn health programs. We aim to reduce female foeticide and provide intensive care for pregnant mothers and the newborns, thereby promoting rate of mortality decline. Organizational Leadership We have specialized experts to evaluate our financial reports and manage assets and budget. They are also specialized to manage financial plans for the long term (Swayne et al., 2012). Governance Model We have a very strong governance structure supported by the state sponsors. Very high government officials appoint the board members of this governance structure (Sharpe et al., 2015). Leadership Skills and Management My personal aim as a leader is always to maintain a successful work and ethical environment within our boundaries. I have immense trust on all the staffs and officials, and I look forward to work more in collaboration to complete our jobs successfully (Darbi, 2012). Key Points and Recommendations Overall, we have strict guidelines of mission, vision, values, ethics and others, which are to be strictly followed by our members in order to make our organization the best in the country. Personally, as a leader, I would try my best to guide the organization through the right way. Also, I would like to recommend appointing more efficient and experienced stuffs and also research personnel who can help grow our organization beyond limits. We also need more financial backing to successfully complete our goals (Braun et al., 2012). Conclusion In this assignment, a detailed study has been conducted on the mission, vision and values of our organization that will help people to know more about our organization and more patients will be encouraged to acquire our services whenever they need. We will always try our best to provide the best possible treatment according to the needs of our patients. References Braun, S., Wesche, J. S., Frey, D., Weisweiler, S., Peus, C. (2012).
